Join Our Team:
We are recruiting a proactive Sales Executive to represent and grow the presence of premium Turkish food and beverage brands across the UAE. This role is based in Dubai and focuses on building distribution and retail relationships for a curated portfolio of Turkish products.

Our Product Range:

  • Turkish Delicatessen Products: high-quality dairy and cold-cut ranges from brands such as Yorsan, Sutas and Namet.
  • Turkish Sweets & Confectionery: premium baklava, Turkish delight, halva and other confectionery from names like Haci Bekir, Koska and Karakoy Gulluoglu.
  • Turkish Beverages: authentic Turkish coffee and tea offerings from Kurukahveci Mehmet Efendi and Caykur.
  • Turkish Pulses, Nuts & Honey: selected pulses, premium nuts and honey products (for example Reis pulses and Fanus honey).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development & Account Management: build, maintain and expand relationships with distributors, retailers and key trade partners.
  • Sales Execution: actively promote product ranges, present to prospective clients, negotiate terms and close deals to meet sales targets.
  • Market & Competitor Awareness: identify new business opportunities, monitor market trends and feed insights back to the team.
  • Coordination: work closely with logistics, marketing and supply teams to ensure product availability and smooth execution of promotional activities.
  • Reporting: maintain accurate sales records and provide regular updates on pipeline and performance.

Candidate Profile / Requirements:

  • Proven Sales Track Record: demonstrated success in sales roles, ideally within FMCG or food & beverage categories.
  • Strong Communication & Negotiation Skills: able to influence buyers and nurture long-term client relationships.
  • Customer-Focused: ability to build trust with retailers and distributors and deliver on commitments.
  • Added Advantages: familiarity with Turkish products is a plus; possession of a UAE driving licence is advantageous.
  • Preference: Turkish nationals are preferred.
