Role Overview:
PropTech AI is seeking a personable and driven Sales Executive to join our Dubai team. You’ll represent our AI-enabled real estate solutions in person, introduce prospects to our technology, and help convert interest into commercial opportunities. This is a client-facing role that rewards strong presentation and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct client meetings and product demonstrations to showcase PropTech AI offerings.
- Develop and follow up on leads, converting enquiries into sales or qualified opportunities.
- Build lasting relationships with property developers, brokers, and corporate clients.
- Present confidently — your experience presenting (including university or college projects) will be valued.
- Collaborate with internal teams (product, marketing) to feed market feedback and support proposals.
- Maintain accurate records of activity and pipeline in the CRM.
Requirements:
- Tech-savvy with a fast learning curve; comfortable explaining technology to non-technical clients.
- Confident presenter — experience presenting in academic or professional settings counts.
- Well-presented with strong soft skills, since the role involves face-to-face client interaction.
- A flair for relationship-building and leaving a professional, positive impression.
- Bonus (not mandatory): 1–2 years’ relevant experience, proficiency in a second language, and a valid driving license.
