Hiring Sales Executive – Frozen Meats (HORECA)

Location: Dubai, UAE

Salary: Competitive Salary Package + Commissions

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Languages: Hindi & English (mandatory), Malayalam (preferred)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our expanding frozen foods (meats) division in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be an experienced professional from the UAE HORECA (Hotel/Restaurant/Catering) industry, looking to take the next step in

their career. You will play a key role in expanding our client base, nurturing long-standing customer relationships and contributing to the strategic growth of the sales department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire new HORECA clients across the UAE
• Manage and retain existing customer accounts with a strong focus on service and satisfaction
• Present, promote, and sell a variety of frozen meat products to both existing and prospective customers
• Leverage your existing client base and industry network to expand market reach
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new sales opportunities
• Maintain expert knowledge of frozen meat products, cuts, quality specifications, and usage practices
• Educate clients on proper product storage, handling, and shelf-life to enhance trust and repeat sales
• Use CRM tools and other digital platforms to track client interactions, follow-ups, and sales data
• Provide timely reports, sales forecasts, and market feedback to management
• Collaborate with internal teams (procurement, logistics, accounts) to ensure timely order execution
• Contribute ideas to enhance product offerings, improve service levels, and streamline sales processes
• Show leadership initiative and demonstrate readiness for progression into a Sales Manager role

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 7-8 years of UAE experience in frozen foods sales within the HORECA sector
• Valid UAE Driver’s License
• Strong existing client base and industry network in the UAE
• Excellent knowledge of frozen meat products, cuts, specifications, and storage protocols
• Energetic, self-motivated, and goal-oriented individual with a proactive mindset
• Technologically sound and comfortable using CRM/sales software and digital tools● Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Language proficiency: Hindi and English required, Malayalam is a strong plus
