We are currently seeking a motivated, energetic, and results-oriented Sales Executive to help grow our client base and support ongoing business development efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and generate new business opportunities within the market
- Meet prospective clients, understand their project requirements, and propose suitable fit-out solutions
- Prepare detailed proposals, quotations, and contracts, and ensure timely follow-ups
- Coordinate closely with design, estimation, and project execution teams to ensure smooth workflow
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors
- Consistently achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client communications
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in sales, preferably within fit-out, interior design, or construction sectors
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Strong self-motivation with the ability to work independently and meet targets
- Knowledge of fit-out materials, processes, and industry practices will be considered an advantage
- Valid driving license is required; access to a car is an added benefit
