Plan3 Media, with over a decade of experience delivering high-impact events across the region, is looking for a seasoned Sales Executive – Corporate Client Acquisition to join our Dubai team. We run full-service events supported by in-house AV and fabrication capabilities and a dedicated creative & operations team — your role will be to turn market opportunities into long-term client partnerships.
About the Role:
- Proactively identify and onboard new corporate clients for our events services.
- Build tailored proposals and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract close.
- Collaborate closely with creative and operations teams to shape commercially viable event solutions.
- Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline visibility to support forecasting and strategy.
- Hit agreed revenue targets and contribute to the agency’s growth objectives.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in the UAE market.
- An established network of corporate clients and decision-makers across the region.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Clear understanding of corporate event needs and procurement/commercial processes.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision.
