Description:
Alebel Tech is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join its growing team in Dubai. This role is ideal for a sales professional who can understand technical products, develop strong B2B relationships, and convert customer requirements into successful business opportunities within the UAE market.
The successful candidate will focus on promoting lithium-ion and LiFePO4 battery solutions, battery management systems (BMS), and energy storage products. The position requires strong communication skills, technical understanding, and the ability to work closely with engineering and production teams to deliver customized solutions to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and acquire new B2B customers across the UAE.
• Promote and sell lithium-ion/LiFePO4 battery packs, cells, BMS, and energy storage systems.
• Prepare quotations, technical proposals, and negotiate commercial terms with customers.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from customer enquiry to order closure.
• Coordinate with engineering and production teams for customized product solutions.
• Conduct customer visits, product demonstrations, and regular follow-ups.
• Monitor orders, payments, sales pipelines, and achieve monthly sales targets.
Requirements:
• Proven B2B sales experience in batteries, electronics, EV, solar, or industrial products.
• Good technical understanding of battery technologies and Battery Management Systems (BMS).
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Valid UAE driving licence or willingness to travel throughout the UAE.
• Engineering diploma or degree is an advantage.
• Technical graduates with strong communication abilities may be considered for junior positions.
