We’re Hiring – Sales Engineer (HVAC)
Finpower Aircon LLC is a leading manufacturer and supplier of energy-efficient HVAC equipment across the Middle East, specializing in custom-built Air Handling Units (AHUs) and Fan Coil Units (FCUs). We focus on delivering reliable, high-performance climate control solutions that meet international standards and client-specific requirements.
Position Overview:
We are looking for a Sales Engineer with specialized experience in AHU and FCU sales. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a proven record of selling HVAC equipment to consultants, contractors, and developers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell Finpower’s range of AHUs and FCUs to consultants, contractors, and MEP companies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and industry influencers
- Prepare and submit techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and compliance statements
- Conduct product presentations and technical discussions with clients
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of client requirements
- Follow up on submitted offers and convert inquiries into successful orders
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to product line growth
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience in AHU and FCU systems within the GCC market
- Strong understanding of HVAC system design, selection, and performance criteria
- Familiarity with international standards such as AHRI, Eurovent, and ASHRAE is an advantage
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and client handling skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and HVAC selection software
- UAE driving license is required
