Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Description:
Proto21 is hiring a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Engineer to join its fast-paced customer operations team. This role involves direct client interaction, bridging sales with production teams, and ensuring seamless service delivery.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound leads via phone, email, and WhatsApp
- Prepare and send quotations, draft contracts, and close deals to achieve sales targets
- Coordinate with production and project teams for smooth order execution
- Maintain accurate records using CRM systems
- Build and sustain strong client relationships, providing ongoing support as needed
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration
- 3D software knowledge and manufacturing experience are advantageous
- Minimum 4 years of GCC experience in customer service is mandatory
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; technical writing is a plus
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong multitasking, organizational, and time management abilities
- UAE Driving License is a plus
