Description:
Mealis Group is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales & Customer Service Coordinator to join its team in Dubai. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and enjoys managing the coordination between customers, sales, logistics, and finance to ensure smooth order processing and high-quality service delivery.

The selected candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding delivery status and documentation, while also ensuring internal teams are aligned to meet deadlines. The role requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a keen eye for accuracy in maintaining delivery and invoicing records.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer deliveries based on confirmed sales orders and stock availability
• Liaise with warehouse staff, drivers, couriers, and logistics partners to schedule deliveries
• Track deliveries and ensure they are completed on time
• Prepare and issue accurate sales invoices
• Follow up with customers for signed delivery notes and Proof of Delivery (POD)
• Maintain accurate records of delivery and invoicing documentation
• Act as a point of contact for customers regarding delivery updates and documentation
• Coordinate internally with sales, warehouse/logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills with excellent follow-up abilities
• High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
• Ability to coordinate effectively across multiple departments
• Basic understanding of sales invoicing and delivery processes
• Comfortable using ERP systems (ERPNext is a plus) and Microsoft Excel
• Strong communication skills with both customers and internal teams
