Description:

A growing company in the UAE’s hospitality and beverage technology sector is seeking a Sales Coordinator / Sales Executive to join its team in Dubai. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support business development, customer engagement, and sales operations while working with leading HoReCa clients across the UAE.

The successful candidate will coordinate customer interactions, manage sales administration, and work closely with the sales team to deliver an outstanding customer experience. Professionals with a hospitality background and strong organizational skills are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate customer enquiries, meetings, product demonstrations, and tasting sessions.

• Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up with prospective and existing customers.

• Maintain accurate CRM records and manage customer information.

• Support hotels, restaurants, cafés, bars, catering companies, and event clients.

• Assist with sales administration, order coordination, and pipeline reporting.

• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality, HoReCa, hotel sales, F&B operations, beverage sales, or customer coordination.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

• Experience using CRM systems, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, or Google Workspace.

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities.

• UAE hospitality industry experience is preferred.

• UAE driving licence is an advantage.

• Applicants must currently be residing in the UAE.
