Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales operations in Dubai. This role involves handling customer inquiries, coordinating with internal teams and suppliers, and assisting in sales documentation and reporting. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and comfortable interacting with clients across the GCC/MENA region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle sales inquiries, prepare quotations, and process orders efficiently.
- Coordinate with technical, logistics, and procurement teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain CRM records and prepare regular sales reports.
- Assist with product documentation, presentations, and tender submissions.
- Support machinery exhibitions, product demonstrations, and customer visits.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in Machinery, Equipment, or Jewellery industries.
- Female candidates with own visa preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Proficient in MS Office; CRM/ERP experience is an advantage.
- Exposure to GCC / MENA markets preferred.
