Description:
We’re looking for a proactive Sales Coordinator to support our service operations in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on document control, vendor administration and close collaboration with sales leadership to keep administrative processes running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Keep BOQ records accurate and up to date across both electronic and manual filing systems.
- Enforce and manage document control procedures for all sales-related and supporting documents.
- Handle vendor registration tasks and maintain an up-to-date client/vendor worklist.
- Provide administrative support to the GM and Sales Managers on routine and ad-hoc matters.
- Compile and distribute business reports to the relevant managers in a timely manner.
- Prepare close-out documentation and verify that agreements meet standard requirements (effective dates, signature blocks) and perform high-level proofreading to spot critical contract errors.
- Work with cross-functional teams to collect and share information and to prepare clear communications content.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum two years’ relevant experience, preferably in sales support, administration or a service environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially for document control and contract proofing.
- Good communication skills and ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience with vendor registration and maintaining client/vendor worklists is a plus.
