Role Overview:

The Sales / Business Development Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the company’s sales and growth initiatives by assisting in client acquisition, retail partnerships, and business operations. This role requires a dynamic and well-organized individual with a passion for luxury fragrances, excellent communication skills, and a strong business sense.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support & Client Management

  • Assist the sales team in managing client inquiries, product orders, and follow-ups.
  • Prepare sales materials, product presentations, and proposals for potential retail partners and distributors.
  • Maintain and update client and distributor databases (CRM).

Business Development Activities

  • Identify and research potential retail, distribution, and corporate gifting opportunities.
  • Support the team in organizing product launches, events, and marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate meetings and calls between senior management and external partners.

Marketing & Brand Coordination

  • Liaise with marketing teams to align sales initiatives with brand strategy.
  • Assist in preparing promotional materials and supporting social media campaigns targeting luxury audiences.

Administrative & Reporting

  • Track sales performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports for management.
  • Handle purchase orders, invoices, and coordinate with logistics for timely delivery.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in sales coordination or business development (luxury retail or perfumery experience preferred).
  • Strong understanding of luxury brand positioning and clientele.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM tools.
  • Fluent in English (Arabic or other languages are a plus).
