We’re Hiring — Sales Agent (Leasing | Resale | Off-Plan)RE/MAX Smart Concept is expanding its Abu Dhabi team and is looking for motivated, results-driven sales professionals to source listings, close transactions, and build long-term client relationships. If you have proven UAE property experience and a talent for sales, this role offers uncapped commission and strong growth opportunities.
Your Role:
- Source, list and close property deals across Leasing, Resale (Secondary) and Off-Plan segments.
- Provide clients with accurate market advice, pricing guidance and property valuations.
- Prospect and nurture relationships with landlords, buyers and investors to grow your pipeline.
- Negotiate contract terms and ensure all transactions meet Abu Dhabi property regulations and compliance requirements.
- Work with internal teams and marketing to promote listings and coordinate viewings and handovers.
What You Need:
- Minimum 3+ years of real estate experience in the UAE (Abu Dhabi market preferred).
- Proven sales, telesales and negotiation skills with a track record of closed deals.
- Valid UAE driving licence; ADM licence is an added advantage.
- Strong command of English; Arabic or additional languages are a plus.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented and able to manage leads and pipeline effectively.
