Description:
RE/MAX Smart Concept is expanding its Abu Dhabi team and is looking for confident, target-driven Sales Agents with a proven track record in real estate sales. We want motivated professionals who can convert leads into closed deals across leasing, resale and off-plan transactions, while offering excellent service to clients and maintaining compliance with local regulations.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Source, list and close property transactions across Leasing, Resale, and Off-Plan projects.
- Provide clients with accurate pricing advice and up-to-date market intelligence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, buyers and investors to grow a sustainable pipeline.
- Lead negotiations and ensure all agreements comply with Abu Dhabi real estate regulations.
- Manage documentation and follow-through to successful handovers and closings.
What You Need / Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of UAE real estate experience; experience in the Abu Dhabi market is preferred.
- Demonstrable success in sales, tele-sales, and negotiation.
- Valid UAE driving license; ADM license is an advantage.
- Fluent English; Arabic or other languages are a plus.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable using qualified leads and marketing support to close deals.
