Blue Guard is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales & Admin Executive (CRM) to join its team in Dubai. This position is ideal for professionals who enjoy balancing customer-facing responsibilities with administrative and operational support duties.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain the CRM system, ensuring client and lead information remains accurate and up to date
• Respond to customer inquiries and build strong client relationships
• Track sales activities, monitor leads, and prepare regular performance reports
• Contact existing clients regarding contract renewals and ongoing service requirements
• Handle and follow up on new customer inquiries
• Perform general administrative duties, including scheduling, documentation, and correspondence management
• Coordinate with internal departments to support efficient business operations
• Assist in maintaining organized records and operational processes
Requirements:
• Previous experience in sales support, administration, or CRM management
• Proficiency in CRM software, preferably Zoho CRM
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Ability to manage client relationships professionally and efficiently
• UAE residency visa or eligibility to work in the United Arab Emirates
