Description:

WUJOD Real Estate Development is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Admin to join its growing team in Dubai. This position plays an important role in supporting the sales department by ensuring documentation, client records, and property transactions are handled accurately and efficiently.

The successful candidate will work closely with brokers, buyers, and internal teams to coordinate sales processes, prepare essential documentation, and maintain organized records. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys administrative work in a fast-paced real estate environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Register brokers and maintain accurate broker records and supporting documentation.

• Prepare sales offers, booking forms, Sale and Purchase Agreements (SPAs), and other transaction-related documents.

• Process No Objection Certificates (NOCs) and prepare required approval documentation.

• Coordinate with brokers, buyers, and the internal sales team throughout the transaction process.

• Maintain accurate CRM records, client files, and broker or partner databases.

• Provide day-to-day administrative support, reporting, and follow-up assistance to the sales team.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in sales administration, sales coordination, or real estate support.

• Practical experience preparing sales offers, booking forms, SPAs, and NOCs.

• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage confidential contracts and client information accurately.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.

• Good written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are an added advantage.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.

• Strong knowledge of:

 • Broker registration procedures.

 • DLD and Trakheesi processes (preferred).

 • Sales documentation and transaction coordination.

• Professional, dependable, and able to work well under deadlines.

• Collaborative approach with strong follow-through and commitment to accuracy.
