We Are Hiring!

We are looking for a Sales Admin to join our head office in Dubai and provide vital support to the sales department. The role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can manage administrative tasks, maintain accurate records, and ensure a smooth sales process from initial inquiry to the delivery of vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle the processing of both new and pre-owned vehicle orders accurately in the internal system.
  • Prepare, issue, and maintain documentation including invoices, purchase orders, and contracts.
  • Assist the sales team with scheduling, communication, and the organization of necessary records.
  • Update and manage customer information and maintain relevant databases.
  • Coordinate all aspects of vehicle delivery, registration, insurance, and invoicing.
  • Work closely with finance, logistics, and aftersales departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Answer customer queries and provide assistance throughout the sales process.
  • Monitor inventory levels and vehicle stock availability.
  • Ensure all procedures comply with company policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Degree or certification in Business Administration is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales administration, ideally within the automotive industry.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and SAP software.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with dealership operations and vehicle financing or registration processes.
