We are looking for a Sales Admin to join our head office in Dubai and provide vital support to the sales department. The role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can manage administrative tasks, maintain accurate records, and ensure a smooth sales process from initial inquiry to the delivery of vehicles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle the processing of both new and pre-owned vehicle orders accurately in the internal system.
- Prepare, issue, and maintain documentation including invoices, purchase orders, and contracts.
- Assist the sales team with scheduling, communication, and the organization of necessary records.
- Update and manage customer information and maintain relevant databases.
- Coordinate all aspects of vehicle delivery, registration, insurance, and invoicing.
- Work closely with finance, logistics, and aftersales departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Answer customer queries and provide assistance throughout the sales process.
- Monitor inventory levels and vehicle stock availability.
- Ensure all procedures comply with company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Degree or certification in Business Administration is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales administration, ideally within the automotive industry.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and SAP software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with dealership operations and vehicle financing or registration processes.
