Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred)
• Minimum 6 years of experience in the UAE Events Industry with strong AVL technical knowledge.
• Dubai-based, Experience with Events Agency
• Valid UAE Driving License + Car

 Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Business Development

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
• Present and promote company products/services to potential clients
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to maximize profitability

2. Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
• Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and support
• Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and retention

3. Account Management & Growth

• Develop strategic account plans for customer engagement
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities

4. Reporting & Market Analysis

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities
• Prepare reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market insights
• Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize sales strategies

5. Coordination & Collaboration

• Work closely with internal teams, including Sales, Technical, Engineering, and Design
• Ensure smooth execution of client contract,s both on-site and off-site
