Description:
PUMA Group is seeking a motivated Running Tech Representative to join our team remotely in Texas. This role focuses on driving sales, increasing brand awareness, and fostering strong relationships with specialty and sporting goods accounts. Candidates should be passionate about running, knowledgeable about PUMA products, and able to engage both partners and consumers effectively.
YOUR MISSION:
- Own your territory to drive sales and grow brand awareness at specialty and sporting goods retailers
- Build strong relationships with accounts and collaborate to grow the brand by understanding their business and customer needs
- Become an expert in all things PUMA Running – product and marketing
- Utilize sales data to identify areas for brand growth
- Educate retail partners and consumers on PUMA technology and train store associates on product details, features, and benefits
- Develop creative strategies to engage and motivate partners, keeping PUMA Running top-of-mind
- Organize and execute running events, both in-person and virtual, to boost sales and brand visibility in key territories
- Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, merchandising, and product teams to streamline communication and planning
- Represent PUMA at marketing events, expos, and races at local and national levels
- Complete weekly and monthly reports to track progress, PUMA growth, and provide consumer feedback from the field
YOUR TALENT:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3+ years of experience in retail, sales, events, marketing, or customer service
- Knowledge and passion for running, products, and industry trends
- Enthusiasm for the running community and culture
- Running retail experience preferred
- Strong presentation, public speaking, and interpersonal skills (in-person & virtual)
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and highly organized
- Collaborative team player adaptable to fast-paced environments
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Willingness to travel up to 75%
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required
