Description:
Tinuiti, the largest independent full-funnel marketing agency in the U.S., is seeking a detail-oriented Revenue Operations Specialist to join their remote team. This role is focused on supporting Salesforce CRM, Account Engagement, CPQ, and other integrated platforms to ensure operational efficiency and data integrity across the sales and marketing technology stack. Reporting to the Vice President of Revenue Operations, the specialist will play a key role in maintaining accurate data, creating dashboards, and supporting revenue-generating initiatives.

This position is ideal for professionals who enjoy problem-solving, analyzing data, and improving workflows to drive efficiency. You’ll work closely with global sales and marketing teams, contributing to innovative B2B strategies and ensuring operational excellence across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support integration of new tools and technologies into the sales and marketing tech stack
• Build and maintain standard reports and dashboards, addressing both pre-defined and ad-hoc requests
• Oversee data hygiene and accuracy across platforms including Salesforce, Account Engagement, Gong, and CPQ
• Identify and implement system enhancements to optimize CRM operations
• Manage support requests for operational and user experience improvements
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define CRM requirements and best practices
• Document, communicate, and train teams on operational CRM processes
• Perform data deduplication for Leads, Contacts, Accounts, and other Salesforce tables
• Identify challenges that require workflows or process solutions and collaborate with developers to deliver results

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in sales enablement or operations roles
• 1-2 years of hands-on Salesforce experience
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
• Proactive, extremely organized, and self-motivated
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent time management skills with attention to detail
• Interest in leveraging data analysis to derive actionable insights
• Comfortable working in a small, collaborative, high-performing team

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong curiosity for data-driven insights and problem-solving
• Experience in cross-department collaboration and supporting sales and marketing teams
• Understanding of B2B marketing technology platforms and process automation
