Description:
VulnCheck, a fast-growing cybersecurity company, is seeking a Revenue Operations Manager to optimize and scale the operational engine that supports its go-to-market teams. This role is critical in ensuring CRM integrity, streamlining workflows, building reporting infrastructure, and generating actionable insights to drive predictable revenue growth.

The Revenue Operations Manager will work across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to design scalable processes that improve pipeline visibility, forecasting accuracy, and overall operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, proactive, and capable of turning complex data into actionable recommendations that enhance business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and optimize Salesforce and HubSpot systems, including data hygiene and workflow automations

• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting for pipeline health, forecasting, bookings, churn, and expansion

• Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to define, measure, and analyze KPIs and performance metrics

• Manage and optimize the GTM tech stack, including HubSpot, Salesforce, Revenue Hero, Outreach, Clay, Quotapath, and GTMBuddy

• Ensure consistent data integrity and reporting standards across the organization

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Systems roles within a B2B SaaS environment

• Hands-on administration experience with Salesforce or HubSpot, including workflows, automation, reporting, and data governance

• Proven ability to build executive-level dashboards covering pipeline health, conversion rates, forecasting, bookings, and churn/expansion

• Strong working knowledge of SaaS metrics such as ARR, ACV, sales velocity, pipeline coverage, NRR, and churn

• Ability to design and optimize scalable revenue processes across the full customer lifecycle

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS company

• Familiarity with GTM tech stack integration and optimization (enrichment tools, sales engagement platforms, BI tools, etc.)

• Background in cybersecurity or enterprise software
