Join BTC Inc as a Revenue Operations Analyst!
BTC Inc., the parent company of Bitcoin Magazine, The Bitcoin Conference, and Bitcoin for Corporations, is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Revenue Operations Analyst to join our dynamic Sales team. You will play a critical role in ensuring our B2B go-to-market engine runs efficiently by maintaining clean data, actionable insights, and smooth system operations. This is a fully remote position offering a chance to work at the forefront of the Bitcoin ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- HubSpot Administration: Manage workflows, automations, properties, pipelines, and user access for five core teams. Track HubSpot requests, timelines, and dependencies through a dedicated Rev Ops PM hub.
- Data Hygiene: Set standards for data cleanliness, deduplication, and naming conventions to ensure accurate and self-serve reporting.
- Reporting & Dashboards: Build reusable dashboards, curate executive views, and prioritize reporting requests for team performance and pipeline health.
- Insights & Recommendations: Translate data into actionable insights to inform coaching, territory planning, forecasting, and GTM strategy.
- Project Management: Lead small-to-mid size projects end-to-end, ensuring alignment, timely execution, and adoption across Sales and partner teams.
- Cross-Team Support: Act as the go-to for CRM and HubSpot queries across Sales, Marketing, Programming, and Production teams.
- Content & Enablement: Maintain a Sales Hub in Notion/Motion, organize sales content with Marketing, and measure its effectiveness.
- Stack Integrations: Optimize and maintain tools such as Surfe, Sales Navigator, Airtable, QuickBooks, G Suite, Box, and Slack.
Requirements & Skills:
- Hands-on HubSpot admin experience including workflows, pipeline design, system configuration, and reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to structure ambiguous questions and produce actionable insights.
- Detail-oriented with high standards for accuracy and follow-through.
- Systems thinker with a clear understanding of processes, incentives, and handoffs across Sales, Marketing, and Account Management.
- Proven ability to drive small-to-mid size operations projects with stakeholder alignment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with clear reporting and enablement capabilities.
- Familiarity with tools like Surfe, Sales Navigator, Airtable, QuickBooks, G Suite, Box, Slack.
- Nice-to-have: knowledge of territory design, B2B forecasting inputs, and GTM analytics.
- Comfortable working under ambiguity, collaborative, curious, and action-oriented.
- Passion for Bitcoin and familiarity with the cryptocurrency ecosystem.
