Description:

7Seventy Recruiting is hiring a detail-oriented and analytical Revenue Manager to support short-term and mid-length stay rental property operators across the United States. This role is focused on building, refining, and scaling revenue management strategies that improve pricing decisions, market positioning, and overall portfolio performance.

The ideal candidate will be a hands-on revenue management professional with strong experience in vacation rentals, short-term rentals, or hospitality operations. This position requires ownership mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to create scalable, repeatable revenue processes in a fast-moving remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain revenue management strategies for assigned property portfolios

• Align pricing strategies with market trends, demand patterns, and operator goals

• Create and deliver weekly performance pacing reports with actionable insights

• Provide monthly strategic recommendations based on data analysis and market benchmarking

• Conduct platform training sessions to help operators understand revenue tools and data insights

• Deliver market comparisons and performance benchmarks to improve decision-making

• Support operators in interpreting and applying revenue data effectively

• Contribute to internal SOPs, playbooks, and best practices for revenue operations

• Build scalable workflows and improve operational efficiency within revenue management processes

• Share insights to help improve product direction and revenue strategy development

• Support ongoing revenue operations while gradually taking full ownership of reporting and strategy functions

Requirements:

• Strong, hands-on experience in short-term rental or vacation rental revenue management

• Deep understanding of pricing strategy, forecasting, pacing, and market benchmarking

• Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable business recommendations

• Excellent communication skills for presenting insights to non-technical stakeholders

• Strong attention to detail and structured, process-driven work approach

• Experience building repeatable workflows and documentation

• Ability to work independently in a remote-first startup environment

• Comfortable with ambiguity and evolving priorities

• Strong interest in vacation rental and hospitality industry trends

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new revenue platforms and tools

First 90 Days Focus:

• Gain full proficiency in revenue management tools and internal systems

• Work closely with onboarding teams to understand customer support processes

• Observe and document existing training and revenue workflows

• Support senior team members with reporting and strategy execution
