We’re Hiring | Revenue Intelligence Manager (Remote)
Rula, a remote-first mental health company, is seeking a Revenue Intelligence Manager to join their team. This role is focused on designing and shipping automation solutions that empower sales and customer success teams to work efficiently, turning manual processes into scalable systems and raw data into actionable intelligence. This is a ground-floor opportunity to work directly with sales leaders, rapidly prototype solutions, and make a measurable impact on Rula’s mission to make mental healthcare accessible and effective for everyone.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain automation workflows that save significant time (50+ hours/week).
• Develop AI agents and self-service data products for GTM teams.
• Convert manual processes into scalable systems and actionable insights.
• Collaborate directly with sales leaders to prototype and implement solutions.
• Drive measurable efficiency gains across GTM operations.
• Ensure solutions are documented, testable, and maintainable.
Required Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in Revenue, Sales, or Marketing Operations or related GTM functions.
• Proficiency in Salesforce CRM, including configuring workflows, understanding objects/fields, and building reports.
• Advanced SQL skills, able to write complex queries (joins, CTEs, window functions) for GTM data analysis.
• Hands-on experience with Clay and other GTM automation tools.
• Strong knowledge of API and integration fundamentals (REST APIs, webhooks, authentication).
• Experience building production-quality solutions with evidence of delivered projects (portfolio or GitHub).
• Advanced AI/LLM experience and/or building RAG systems or AI agents for GTM use cases.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with Snowflake, BigQuery, dbt, or similar tools for data warehousing/modeling.
• Understanding of attribution models and GTM crediting.
• Background in healthcare, regulated industries, or complex B2B sales.
• Experience in startups or high-growth, agile environments.
• Familiarity with Salesforce AgentForce or Salesforce Einstein.
