Are you a skilled Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Submission Officer looking for a rewarding position in the healthcare industry? Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit medical insurance claims accurately via both e-claim platforms and manual channels.
- Ensure full compliance with UAE healthcare standards and payer-specific policies.
- Track, monitor, and follow up on all submitted claims—particularly focusing on rejections or denials.
- Work collaboratively with the billing, coding, and front-desk departments to maintain accurate patient and claim documentation.
- Generate and maintain periodic reports related to claim status, rejections, and revenue tracking.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in RCM or medical billing within a UAE-based clinic or hospital.
- Strong working knowledge of DHA and eClaimLink insurance systems.
- Familiarity with CPT, ICD-10, and DRG coding standards.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
- Proficient in healthcare management software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong communication and organizational abilities.
