Description:
Trinity Property Consultants is seeking a Revenue Associate to support our revenue management team across a nationwide multifamily portfolio. This role partners with the Director of Revenue and operations teams to analyze property performance, support pricing strategies, and assist with implementing and optimizing revenue initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support revenue management tools and serve as a point of contact for revenue-related inquiries
  • Assist in preparing materials and hosting calls focused on property performance, pricing, and market positioning
  • Support revenue setup and implementation processes within the revenue management system
  • Maintain revenue and expiration parameters aligned with seasonality and property goals
  • Improve best practices related to revenue management, including configuration, parameter management, and business processes
  • Analyze market performance, supply shifts, and trends to create long-term business strategies
  • Assist with preparation and review of yearly budgets
  • Support monthly P&L reviews and variance analysis
  • Help develop and present property strategies to optimize net operating income

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Ability to leverage multiple data sources for market position analysis and operational planning
  • Strong leadership, presentation, and communication skills
  • Solid forecasting, modeling, and intermediate mathematical skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to make informed decisions under tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; REBA RENT experience is a plus

Physical Demands:

  • Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, talk, hear, and reach using feet, legs, back, arms, and hands
  • Occasional climbing may be required
  • Work at a personal computer and on the phone for extended periods
  • Ability to detect auditory/visual alarms and work extended/flexible hours, including weekends as needed

Attendance/Travel:

  • Regular participation in company functions and events required
  • Travel expected, including overnight trips
