About the Role:

Spira Club is seeking an energetic and people-oriented Retention Executive to become part of our Front of House team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the complete member lifecycle — from the first welcome to renewals — ensuring every member receives a personalized, positive, and engaging experience throughout their journey with us.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct welcome, follow-up, and renewal calls with members in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Monitor, track, and actively improve member retention rates and overall satisfaction.
  • Manage reminders, process membership renewals, and reconnect with expired or inactive members.
  • Gather member feedback and work closely with internal teams to enhance the overall member experience.
  • Assist Front of House operations during busy periods while maintaining high service standards.
  • Ensure all member records and interactions are accurately documented and up to date.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in retention, sales, or customer relationship management (experience in fitness or hospitality is an advantage).
  • Strong communication, follow-up, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Confident, proactive personality with a genuine passion for fitness and customer service.
  • Fluency in both English and Arabic is mandatory.
