We’re Hiring – Retail Store Manager
We are looking for an experienced retail manager to lead a busy store in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be customer-centric, sales-driven, and comfortable running store operations independently—especially in the perfume/cosmetics category. This role requires hands-on leadership, strong people management, and a clear focus on meeting sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day store operations to ensure smooth, efficient workflows.
- Drive sales performance and work to consistently meet or exceed targets.
- Manage inventory levels, visual merchandising, and overall store presentation.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
- Prepare regular reports and track store performance metrics for senior management.
Requirements:
- Proven retail management experience (minimum 2 years) in the UAE—experience in perfume/cosmetics is preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership and effective communication skills.
- Strong customer-focused attitude with a target-driven approach.
