Description:
Phonebot UAE is seeking energetic and customer-oriented professionals to join our retail team at BurJuman Mall. As the first refurbished tech store in a tier-1 mall in Dubai, we specialize in premium refurbished mobile phones, accessories, and tech gadgets. This role combines retail sales with social media content creation to help boost brand visibility and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers with product inquiries and purchases
- Explain mobile phone specifications, promotions, and repair services clearly
- Handle cash and operate POS systems accurately
- Manage daily inventory and update stock reports
- Create short promotional videos and social media content for TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms
- Maintain a clean, organized, and attractive store display
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally
- Coordinate with the Dubai office, warehouse, and accounts team as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience in retail or sales
- Basic knowledge of mobile phones, accessories, and technology products
- Social media content creation skills for short, engaging product videos
- Experience with POS systems and cash handling
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Tagalog is a plus
- Presentable, punctual, reliable, trustworthy, and confident
- Flexible to work on weekends and holidays
Work Details:
- Working hours: 9 hours per day (including 1-hour break)
- Working days: 6 days per week with 1 weekly off
