Description:
A global wholesale beauty and skincare company with operations in Dubai is currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Retail & Distribution Assistant to support its growing branch operations. The organization specializes in distributing premium beauty and skincare products across international markets and is expanding its UAE operations.
The ideal candidate will have experience in retail and distribution, with a strong understanding of operational workflows in the beauty and skincare sector. Knowledge of UAE product registration procedures will be considered a strong advantage.
This role requires an energetic professional who can contribute to sales support, distribution coordination, and day-to-day operational efficiency while maintaining high standards of organization and communication.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in retail and distribution operations within the Dubai branch
• Support sales and order processing activities for beauty and skincare products
• Coordinate product distribution and ensure smooth supply chain operations
• Assist in daily operational tasks and administrative coordination
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and product movements
• Support communication with internal teams and external partners
• Ensure compliance with operational guidelines and procedures
Requirements:
• Prior experience in retail and distribution roles (beauty/skincare industry preferred)
• Knowledge of UAE product registration processes is an added advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to support sales and operational activities efficiently
• Must be based in Dubai
