Description:

A growing organization is currently seeking a highly organized and proactive Retail Admin Coordinator to support retail operations across the UAE, Qatar, and KSA. This role plays a vital part in ensuring smooth coordination between HR, retail teams, and administrative functions while maintaining efficient communication between store operations and the Head Office.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, capable of handling multiple responsibilities, and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the main point of contact for handling HR-related queries from store teams

• Coordinate employee attendance, leave records, and provide accurate payroll inputs

• Support recruitment processes including candidate coordination, onboarding, and documentation

• Maintain and update employee records, HR trackers, and internal databases

• Assist in day-to-day retail operations and ensure proper coordination between stores and management

• Support internal audits, compliance checks, and operational procedures

• Coordinate activities related to store openings, closures, and regulatory requirements

• Prepare reports, sales analysis, and management updates as required

• Manage administrative tasks, documentation, and internal communications efficiently

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline

• 5–7 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably within retail, luxury, or beauty sectors

• Strong communication, organizational, and coordination skills

• Proficiency in MS Office applications and experience working with ERP/CRM systems

• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and perform under pressure in a dynamic environment

• Good understanding of HR processes and retail operations
