Consultant (Permanent) Needed for Advisor Appointed by Bankruptcy Courts to Handle Corporate Restructuring (Claims & Noticing Agent)
Corporate Restructuring (Remote, PST Hours)
A highly regarded, long-standing provider of legal administrative services is seeking a Corporate Restructuring Consultant (Permanent Hire) to join its dynamic corporate restructuring team. This organization has been a trusted partner to law firms and professional services clients for over two decades, offering specialized support in complex financial and legal transitions. This is a 100% remote opportunity (must be available during Pacific Time business hours) with strong potential for growth and internal promotion. The team is known for its collaborative environment, comprehensive training, and long-term career development.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update service lists for key stakeholders and special parties.
- Prepare and manage legal documentation, including Schedules of Assets and Liabilities and Statements of Financial Affairs.
- Coordinate with clients, legal counsel, and external professionals to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
- Manage and reconcile data related to Proofs of Claim.
- Oversee large-scale mailings and prepare affidavits of service.
- Maintain case dockets and update public access platforms as court filings occur.
- Review and analyze contracts and related legal documents.
Position Details
- Reports to a senior executive with a proven track record of internal advancement.
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly rate: $25 to $35/hour, with significant overtime potential (total compensation can exceed $100K annually).
- Annual discretionary bonus.

Requirements
- 1+ years of professional services’ experience handling corporate restructuring
- Ability to work mostly PST hours
- Paralegal certificate OR JD
