Description:
A reputed restaurant operation in Al Ain, Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced and guest-focused Restaurant Supervisor to join its team on an urgent basis. The ideal candidate will have strong supervisory experience and a passion for delivering exceptional hospitality service.
The successful candidate should have experience in premium restaurant environments, including French, Italian, fine-dining, or similar concepts, with excellent guest-handling skills and a strong understanding of high-quality service standards.
This role requires a confident and proactive hospitality professional who can lead restaurant teams, manage daily operations, resolve guest concerns, and ensure an outstanding dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service delivery.
• Lead, motivate, and coordinate restaurant staff to maintain high service standards.
• Welcome guests, manage guest relations, and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Handle customer feedback, complaints, and service recovery professionally.
• Monitor service quality and ensure compliance with restaurant standards.
• Support team performance through effective communication and guidance.
• Coordinate with management and other departments to improve operational efficiency.
• Maintain a professional and welcoming atmosphere for guests.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or in a similar supervisory position.
• Experience in French and/or Italian restaurant concepts is highly preferred.
• Fine-dining or premium restaurant experience will be an advantage.
• Strong guest relations and complaint-resolution skills.
• Ability to supervise, motivate, and manage restaurant teams effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations and service standards.
