Description:
We are seeking an experienced and charismatic Restaurant Manager to lead operations across our restaurant, karaoke, and lounge concepts. This role requires an energetic leader with deep F&B knowledge and hands-on experience running nightlife or lounge venues. You’ll be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences while managing a busy, late-night environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across the restaurant, karaoke areas, and lounge to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient service.
- Lead, coach, and develop front-of-house teams to maintain high performance and service standards.
- Drive guest engagement and service excellence, resolving issues quickly and professionally.
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and operational workflows suitable for a high-energy, late-night venue.
- Maintain quality control over food & beverage delivery and ensure compliance with safety and licensing requirements.
- Collaborate with marketing and events teams to support promotions and special nights that drive footfall and revenue.
Ideal Profile
- Demonstrable track record managing restaurants and nightlife or lounge venues.
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on team growth, motivation, and performance management.
- Excellent understanding of premium F&B operations and guest service best practices.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic, and late-shift environment.
- Fluent in Russian; additional languages are an advantage.
- Professional, confident, and able to represent the venue to guests and partners.
