ODEON is seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead our upscale dining operations in Dubai. This role requires a professional who can ensure excellence in service, maintain high standards of hygiene, and create unforgettable experiences for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
• Maintain exceptional standards in service, hygiene, and overall customer satisfaction.
• Manage financial reports, budgeting, and performance tracking for the restaurant.
• Coordinate effectively between Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) teams.
• Deliver outstanding guest experiences and address inquiries or issues promptly.
Requirements:
• Minimum 7 years of managerial experience in fine dining or luxury 5⭐ hotels.
• Strong knowledge of European and Western cuisines.
• Proven experience in F&B management within the UAE luxury dining sector.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and financial management skills.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of French is a plus.
• Only European and Western candidates will be considered.
