We’re Hiring: Restaurant Manager – Dubai
Are you a passionate leader with a strong background in restaurant operations? We’re looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee day to day operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and drive performance in a dynamic dining environment.

Position: Full-time
What You’ll Do:
- Lead front and back of house operations
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance
- Ensure high standards of food quality, service, and hygiene
- Oversee inventory, cost control, and budgeting
- Drive guest satisfaction and handle customer feedback
What We’re Looking For:
- 3–5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of F&B operations and local regulations
- Experience in casual dining or premium dining preferred
- Must be currently based in UAE or available to relocate immediately
