Description:

ZEA Restaurant, located in DIFC, Dubai, is seeking an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to lead front-of-house operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences in a luxury dining environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing premium restaurant operations, with expertise in lounge services, late-night dining, guest relations, and maintaining high service standards.

This role requires a confident hospitality professional with excellent leadership abilities, strong operational knowledge, and the ability to manage teams effectively in a fast-paced, high-end restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage daily front-of-house restaurant operations.

• Ensure exceptional guest experiences and maintain luxury service standards.

• Manage reservations, staffing schedules, and daily operational requirements.

• Supervise, train, and motivate restaurant teams to achieve service excellence.

• Oversee lounge operations and late-night dining activities.

• Maintain strong guest relationships and handle feedback professionally.

• Ensure effective coordination between service teams and management.

• Monitor service quality and implement improvements when required.

• Maintain knowledge of wines, spirits, cocktails, and alcoholic beverages.

Requirements:

• Preferred nationality: European.

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in luxury dining, fine dining, or upscale hospitality environments.

• Strong background in lounge operations and late-night dining.

• Excellent knowledge of alcoholic beverages, wines, spirits, and cocktails.

• Strong leadership, team management, and guest relations skills.

• Experience managing service standards, reservations, staffing, and restaurant operations.

• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, premium hospitality environment.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• UAE hospitality experience is an advantage.
