We are currently hiring for leadership roles within the restaurant, seeking individuals with proven operational expertise and strong people management skills in a fine-dining environment.

Mandatory requirements:
- Fluent Arabic speaker (both spoken and written)
- Proven UAE experience in fine-dining restaurant operations
- Strong understanding of Emirati cuisine, traditions, and local culture
- Demonstrated leadership skills in restaurant operations and team management
- Strong commitment to guest satisfaction and service excellence
Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service delivery
- Creating exceptional guest experiences rooted in authentic Emirati hospitality
- Leading, training, and motivating service and operations teams
- Ensuring compliance with quality standards, hygiene, and safety regulations
- Supporting pre-opening preparations and restaurant launch activities
