Description:
Cityarch Engineering Consultants is looking for an experienced Resident Engineer to join its growing team in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with extensive experience managing building construction projects and ensuring high standards of quality throughout project execution.
The successful candidate will oversee site activities, coordinate with consultants and project stakeholders, maintain quality standards, and ensure construction work is completed according to project specifications. Candidates with previous UAE consultancy experience will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily construction activities and monitor project progress.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.
• Ensure quality control procedures and project standards are maintained.
• Prepare technical reports and communicate project updates effectively.
• Support the successful delivery of building construction projects.
Requirements:
• 8–10 years of experience in building construction projects.
• Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory).
• Strong experience in site supervision, consultant coordination, quality control, and project management.
• Excellent reporting and communication skills.
• UAE consultancy experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of:
