WE’RE HIRING: Reservations Agent
Maison Privee, a leading short-term rental operator in Dubai, is seeking a courteous and organised Reservations Agent to join our expanding reservations team. You will be the primary point of contact for guests and travel partners, responsible for managing bookings accurately, providing excellent customer service and coordinating with internal teams to deliver a seamless stay experience.
Opportunity / Key Responsibilities:
- Handle reservations, enquiries and cancellations with an attentive and professional manner.
- Coordinate multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining service standards.
- Maximise room nights and revenues in line with company policies and revenue management guidance.
- Work closely with Guest Relations and Operations to confirm availability, room allocations and extra services.
- Respond promptly to calls and written enquiries to ensure guests are not left waiting.
- Deliver a personalised booking experience for Maison Privee guests.
- Ensure all reservations are captured correctly in the system following standard operating procedures.
- Support marketing and upsell initiatives when appropriate and collaborate on ad-hoc projects as required.
- Prioritise tasks and communicate effectively with colleagues to maintain smooth daily operations.
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 2+ years’ experience in a reservations or similar role within a 4*/5* hotel or holiday home operator.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma is mandatory.
- Fluent English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
- Comfortable using online travel agency platforms and property/reservation systems.
- Customer-first mentality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and confidence working with numbers and reporting.
- Ability to work shifts including rotating weekly rosters, weekends and public holidays.
- Highly organized, attentive to detail, and capable of prioritising multiple tasks under pressure.
- Responsible, motivated and a team player with a proactive approach to problem solving.
