This 100% remote role is ideal for individuals who are highly organized, communicate clearly, and enjoy ensuring every reservation detail is accurate from start to finish.
In this position, you will play a key role in managing reservations, coordinating schedules, and providing consistent updates to clients to ensure a smooth and reliable booking experience.
What You’ll Do:
• Handle reservations, confirmations, and schedule modifications
• Communicate with clients to collect required details and provide timely updates
• Review bookings to ensure accuracy, completeness, and confirmation
