Grand Tours L.L.C is seeking a dedicated Reservation Agent to join our team in Oman. The ideal candidate will manage reservations efficiently, provide excellent customer service, and contribute to a seamless experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and manage reservation systems accurately.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction at all times.
- Monitor team performance and provide necessary training and support.

- Proficiency in reservation management and related systems.
