As part of ongoing growth and operational expansion, Al Bahar Hotel & Resort is looking to appoint a professional and detail-focused Reservation Agent to support the reservations and revenue function. The role is essential in ensuring smooth booking operations, rate accuracy, and a high-quality guest experience across all reservation channels.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling hotel reservations efficiently while maintaining accuracy, responsiveness, and service excellence in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
• Proven hands-on experience as a Reservation Agent or in a similar hotel front office or reservations role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a guest-focused approach.
• Proficiency in hotel reservation systems, including PMS and Channel Manager platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple booking sources such as OTAs, direct bookings, corporate clients, and group reservations.
• Excellent customer service skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic understanding of revenue management concepts, room inventory control, and rate structures.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a dynamic and fast-moving environment.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive and positive attitude.
