We’re Hiring: Reservation Agent (Preferably Arabic Speaking)
Four Points by Sheraton Production City, Dubai is currently seeking a professional and customer-focused Reservation Agent to become part of our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in handling hotel reservations, assisting guests with booking inquiries, and delivering excellent customer service while representing the brand with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and process hotel reservation requests accurately and efficiently
• Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, and online channels
• Provide clear information about room availability, rates, and hotel services
• Ensure all reservations are correctly entered into the system
• Coordinate with front office and other departments when required
• Maintain a high standard of customer service and guest satisfaction
Requirements:
• Preferably Arabic speaking; English communication is mandatory
• Prior experience in hotel reservations or a similar hospitality role is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail
• Familiarity with Opera or similar Property Management Systems is preferred
• Ability to join immediately or within a short notice period
