The Reporting Associate is responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of Sales Finance data. This position involves close collaboration with Finance and Revenue Operations teams to ensure data validity and alignment with Sales Financial Operations objectives. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of solving problems efficiently while supporting various projects and workflows.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Ensure expenses are accurately coded in the Concur expense platform following internal policies and procedures
- Guide employees on proper expense classifications at an individual level
- Create and manage event budgets for Sales team stakeholders
- Assist Sales team with managing order requests for customer swag and marketing materials through designated company portals
- Verify commission plan calculations for accuracy
- Support daily workflows in the commission process to ensure smooth and precise operations
- Conduct research to resolve financial questions and track accurate answers
- Collaborate with Sales Enablement to design training courses and lead live demonstrations for new hires and current employees
- Maintain and update training materials to reflect best practices and current processes
- Perform other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and ability to analyze large data sets
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
- Ability to travel approximately 5% of the time

- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in financial data and reporting
- Familiarity with expense reporting systems
