Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with field technicians to review and interpret assessment findings.
  • Utilize automated estimating systems to prepare repair vs replacement appraisals for property damage.
  • Compose comprehensive final reports detailing causes of damage, repair recommendations, and cost estimates.
  • Respond to client inquiries regarding reports in a detailed and professional manner.
  • Maintain detailed notations to clearly communicate findings to the team.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with assessing technicians.
  • Ensure a three-day turnaround per claim to maintain client satisfaction.
  • Handle inbound calls and customer service escalations as required.
  • Provide timely internal progress reports to management.
  • Accept and implement feedback to improve reporting and processes.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Ambitious and motivated to grow professionally.
  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
  • Strong written communication, grammar, and attention to detail.
  • Experience in customer service and maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Punctual, reliable, and coachable with a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to handle frustrated callers gracefully and adapt to process changes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • Must be able to pass federal and criminal background checks.
