Description:
We’re looking for a professional Rental Agent to join a busy car rental team in Dubai. This full-time role requires at least one year of direct experience in the car rental sector and involves front-line customer interaction, contract processing, and strict adherence to UAE regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Welcome customers and provide courteous, efficient service from arrival through vehicle handover.
• Prepare and process rental contracts, making sure clients understand terms, fees, deposits and policies.
• Ensure all operations follow UAE car rental requirements and RTA regulations.
• Handle vehicle returns, extensions, and booking amendments quickly and accurately.
• Resolve customer enquiries and complaints with a calm, solution-focused approach that protects customer satisfaction and company interests.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Prior customer service or sales experience specifically within the car rental industry is mandatory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable dealing with a diverse customer base.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail for handling documentation and transactions.
• Able to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
