About the Role:
Life Time Inc. is seeking a Remote Coordinator to manage LifeClinic’s business operations virtually. This role is focused on supporting multiple clinic locations by ensuring patient acquisition, retention, and collections goals are met. The Remote Coordinator will work closely with patients and internal teams using Teams, SharePoint, email, and phone to provide proactive support and maintain accurate patient accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate proactively with patients, supporting them in their care journey.
- Ensure all patient forms are complete and accurately reflected in their accounts.
- Collaborate with doctors to maintain accurate medical records and treatment plans.
- Address patient questions regarding finances and contributions to care.
- Collect and process payments efficiently.
- Manage patient scheduling to align with treatment plans.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Position Requirements:
- Fully remote position with limited in-person attendance when required.
- Reliable high-speed internet required (employee expense).
- Working hours aligned with the majority of clinics supported (e.g., EST):
- Monday & Wednesday: 7am–12pm; 1–6pm
- Tuesday & Thursday: 11am–6pm
- Friday: 7am–1pm
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2- or 4-year experience in healthcare or customer service.
