Overview:
We are looking for an energetic Relationship Manager to cultivate and maintain strong ties with clients, investors, and strategic partners. This role is focused on ensuring exceptional client experiences across the sales lifecycle and representing the company with professionalism at events and in one-on-one meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
▪ Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients, agents, and partner organisations.
▪ Primary Point of Contact: Act as the main contact for clients during the sales process and provide reliable after-sales support to maintain satisfaction and repeat business.
▪ Cross-team Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to deliver a consistent and seamless client journey.
▪ Issue Resolution: Respond promptly to client queries, resolve concerns, and follow up to ensure outcomes meet expectations.
▪ Business Development: Attend networking events, property exhibitions, and industry forums to generate leads and expand the company’s client base.
▪ Market Feedback: Report market trends, client preferences, and competitor intelligence to inform product positioning and commercial strategy.
Requirements:
▪ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
▪ 3–5 years of proven experience in client relationship roles — experience within Dubai’s real estate market is strongly preferred.
▪ Prior experience with real estate developers is an advantage.
▪ Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
▪ Sound knowledge of Dubai property laws, RERA regulations, and current market trends.
▪ Fluent in English; additional languages (Arabic, etc.) are a plus.
▪ Professional, trustworthy, and able to build rapport quickly with a varied clientele.
